Siker means success. Say it in English and you hear seeker.
SikerCV builds CVs that hiring software can read, then puts them in front of a person. The name had to say what we want for you, and who we made it for.

In old English it meant sure and safe: what your CV should be when software reads it.
Say who it is for.
Read aloud in English, it sounds like seeker. Job seekers.
Say what it does.
CV on the end, so nobody has to guess.

The sheet
Your CV. The whole mark is the page, corner folded, so there is no box around it: one shape that still reads at the size of a browser tab.
The tick
Siker. The check passing, the parser finding every field, the reply that says yes.
The wordmark
Siker in the ink of the page, CV in the green. The part that is ours, then the part that says what it does.
Forest green, because green already meant passed.

Every tick in the app, every field the parser found, was green. Keeping the brand green keeps that meaning.
Deep, not neon.
Our first green was bright lime. As text on white it scored 1.5:1, and readable text needs 4.5:1, so it needed a second green to do half its jobs. Forest does both.
Blue was taken.
Many CV tools are blue, and so is LinkedIn. Amber and red already mean "check this" inside the app.
Calm on purpose.
Writing a CV is stressful enough. The colour should feel like good paper, not a sale.
